If I create physical property, there may be one or two copies, however an application can have millions of copies made in seconds, so um..no, I wouldn't be all that pissed.

By moral, not always. I disagree with the Windows EULA. I don't have to abide by it, because I don't use Windows.
I do have to abide by the GPLv2 and GPLv3, however, I don't think I'm going to change source code, so I don't need to worry.
