I find that paper mache is the best medium to use when crafting a website.

dreamweaver is the best programme you can get really.

there's plenty of tutorials online.
photoshop helps aswell, i use it constantly for my web design.

What are you planning to do with your website, that could help narrow down
what you might need.

Also, just because you're a teenager, it doesn't mean every post you make has to
be in the "Teen" forum.
